An electrical engineer who, to save a colleague, undergoes a bizarre accident that gives him the ability to generate high amounts of electricity, shooting them like bolts capable of killing a man. Through these powers, he proves to be a challenging foe for Spider-Man, who always manages to defeat him. He is one of the founders of the Sinister Six, along with Octopus.
