Subjected to a serum similar to the one that turned Steve Rogers into the super soldier, he initially dedicates himself to smear campaigns against Captain America before eventually starting to fight crime himself. But after his identity was revealed, his parents were murdered, leading US Agent to become very violent, sparing not even the lives of his enemies. After being rehabilitated among the heroes, he became a member of numerous groups such as the West Coast Avengers and the Thunderbolts.
