Suddenly appearing on the scene when Hulk was incapacitated in an underground prison specially created. Red Hulk is none other than General Ross, after injecting himself with a serum that allows him to become strong and enormous like the green behemoth, but with the difference of skin color and the fact that, unlike Hulk, who becomes stronger as he gets angrier, Red Hulk increases his body temperature.
