The stepbrother of Charles Xavier, thanks to a ruby found in a hidden temple in Korea, gains the power of being indestructible, along with strength comparable to heroes like Hulk and The Thing. He also possesses armor and a helmet that make him invulnerable even against telepathic powers. Utilizing these powers, Cain Marko becomes a real threat, especially against the X-Men led by his brother Xavier, whom he harbors resentment towards, as well as against various Marvel heroes.
