Admission

How much is the admission fee?
Admission ticket with pamphlet: 1,000 yen (tax included)
*Children under 15 may enter free of charge (pamphlets cannot be purchased)
Does the number printed on the pamphlet determine entry order?
No.
The number printed on the back of the pamphlet is a lottery number used to determine entry order.
It is not first-come, first-served.
Where can I check the entry order on the day of the event?

• Official X (Twitter)
• Venue notice boards
If I leave the venue once, can I re-enter?
Re-entry is allowed only during the turn of the block corresponding to the pamphlet you possess.
I do not plan to shop, but I need to enter the venue. Do I still need a pamphlet?
Regardless of the reason, a pamphlet is required for entry, and the entry order must be followed.

Pamphlet Sales

Can I purchase multiple pamphlets?
No.
If multiple purchases are discovered, the pamphlets will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the venue immediately.
Can I line up again to purchase another pamphlet?
No.
If multiple purchases are discovered, the pamphlets will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the venue immediately.
Can I purchase multiple pamphlets for friends who will join later?
No.
If multiple purchases are discovered, the pamphlets will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the venue immediately.
Can I get a refund or return a pamphlet?
No.
Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
I am a dealer. Can I purchase a pamphlet?
No.
Admission pamphlets are not sold to dealers.

10,000 yen + tax
What is included with one application slot?
3 dealer passes

Can I apply for two or more tables?
Yes. Please specify the total number of tables you wish to apply for in the remarks section.
Can I specify my booth location?
No. Booth locations cannot be指定. If you have a preference, please note it in the remarks section at the time of application.

Sales, Licensing, and Prohibited Items

Is it possible to sell licensed works?
Please confirm and obtain permission from the rights holder in advance. The event organizers will not perform any verification.
Can electricity or open flames be used?
No. The use of fire, hazardous materials, and electrical power is strictly prohibited.

Liability & Cancellations

Will Mandarake take responsibility for theft, accidents, or trouble?
Mandarake Co., Ltd. assumes no responsibility whatsoever.
Will refunds be issued in the event of cancellation or event suspension?
No refunds will be issued for any reason.

Rules & Code of Conduct

May I shop before the venue opens or during block changes?
No.
If discovered, you will be immediately removed from the venue and your participation will be revoked.
Can dealer passes be transferred?
No.
The transfer or handoff of passes worn around the neck is strictly prohibited.
Where should I stay before the venue opens?
Please remain seated at your own booth until opening time.
Where should I stay during block changes?
Please remain seated at your own booth during block changes as well.
What is the sales priority order inside the venue?
General attendees have the highest priority. Sales or item reservations between dealers are prohibited.
