Points to Note

  • Please fill in the application form between 20:00 on August 8 and 23:59 onAugust 15.
  • Sales will be done by lottery draw.
  • Only one entry of each type per family per e-mail address is allowed.
  • Applications received outside of the application period will be considered invalid.
  • The price does not include shipping.
  • Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer (bank transfer only available to domestic customers).
  • Customers who have been successful in their application will receive an order notification email after the application period has closed on August 17.
  • Please place and complete your order within 1 week after the notification has been sent. If we do not confirm your payment within this time frame, your order will be canceled and you may no longer be able to make purchases with Mandarake.
  • We plan to ship these out from the middle of August.
  • Please be aware that cancellations will not be accepted after applications have been made. Customers who do cancel may no longer be able to make purchases with Mandarake.
