① Lottery in advance of venue sale:
Lottery entries will be accepted on the Mandarake website from April 29, 20:00 to May 1, 16:59 (JST).
② Mail order lottery sale:
Lottery entries will be accepted on the Mandarake website from May 2, 20:00 to May 4, 23:59 (JST).
*If you win in ①, you will not win in ② even if you apply for ②.

- Please complete the application form within the set period.
- The sale method for the item is by lottery.
- Only one quantity of each item is available per person.
- Applications for all three items are accepted.
- Multiple entries to the lottery under the same account or address will be void.
- Entries from private accounts will not be accepted.
- It is important to note that if you apply for more than one item, you may only get a reservation for some of them or none at all.
- Entries received outside of the application period will be invalid.
- E-mails only be sent to applicants that won the lottery.
- We will not be accepting cancelations. If an applicant fails to pay, we will not accept further transactions from the user, including mail orders at Mandarake.
- It is prohibited to use a proxy service for item pickup.
- Please make sure the person who applied for and won the reservation is present to receive the items.
- Any identification that differs from the information provided at the time of application will be invalid.
- Account or ID card in another person's name is strictly prohibited.
- Only customers confirmed as winners on May 1, after the application period has ended, will receive a "purchase information e-mail" in due course.
- Be sure to pick them up and purchase them at the Daimansai venue. The items will not be shipped.

② Mail order lottery sale: May 2, 20:00 - May 4 23:59 (JST)
- Shipping charges will apply.
- Only bank transfer, Card payment, AmazonPay, PayPal, and some deferred payments are available payment methods. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.
(deferred payment and bank transfer only available to domestic customers). - Only customers who won the reservation for the item will receive an email detailing the purchase process.
- We will not contact unsuccessful applicants.
- Please complete your order within one week after we send the reservation mail.If you miss the payment deadline, we will revoke the reservation and a suspension of the applicant's Mandarake account will take place.
- Items will be shipped in early to mid-May.
- We will not accept cancelations. Unpaid orders will result in the suspension of the applicant's Mandarake account.
