On sale at the Grandchaos store on December 12 (Numbered tickets distributed from 11am on a first-come, first-served basis at the 1st floor entrance at the back of the store). Online lottery sale applications will open at 20:00 on December 6 and close at 23:59 on December 12 (very low availability).

Points to Note

  • Please fill in the application form between 20:00 on December 6 and 23:59 on December 12. (The form will become available during this period)
  • Sales will be done by lottery draw.
  • Entries will be limited to one per customer/address.
  • Applications received outside of the application period will be considered invalid.
  • The price does not include shipping.
  • Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer (bank transfer only available to domestic customers).
  • Customers who have been successful in their application will receive an order notification email after the application period has closed on December 13.
  • Please place and complete your order within 1 week after the notification has been sent. If we do not confirm your payment within this time frame, your order will be canceled and you may no longer be able to make purchases with Mandarake.
  • We plan to ship these out from the middle of December.
  • Please be aware that cancellations will not be accepted after applications have been made. Customers who do cancel may no longer be able to make purchases with Mandarake.
