MARVEL Rocket Raccoon

A raccoon that underwent experiments, making him as intelligent as a human. Proficient in combat and capable of using any type of weapon, he can even build his own. He also proves to be an excellent strategist, often taking command of the Guardians of the Galaxy in the absence of Star-Lord.
