Entry Guide

Day 1

Only those who are wearing a wristband that will be given on completion of the "disinfection, temperature and ID check" procedures will be allowed to enter the event venue on the 13th floor.
The "disinfection, temperature and ID check" will take place at the entrans where the waiting lines are formed.

Customers who wish to join the big sales events, please come to the Anemo Room on the 11th floor.

If you have pre-registered ...

  1. After disinfecting your hands proceed to the temperature check.
  2. If your temperature is normal please show the staff member who is checking IDs the email you received when you pre-registered.
    (If you are bringing a screenshot, please be sure to show where it shows your name. You may also print out the email)
  3. After you have been confirmed you will be given a wristband. Please put this on.
  4. Lines will be formed on the 11th floor and the staff will guide you to the 13th floor.

If you are registering on the day ...

  1. After disinfecting your hands proceed to the temperature check.
  2. If your temperature is normal, please fill out the registration form.
  3. After you have been confirmed you will be given a wristband. Please put this on.
  4. Lines will be formed on the 11th floor and the staff will guide you to the 13th floor.

Customers who wish to buy limited edition event items or wish to join the Shiryosei Expo, please come to the 14th floor.

If you have pre-registered

  1. After disinfecting your hands walk by the thermal camera.
  2. If there are no issues please proceed to the ID check counter. If your temperature is shown to be abnormal, please stop and take an individual temperature check to determine if you may proceed.
  3. At the ID check counter, please show the staff member the email you received when you pre-registered.
    (If you are bringing a screenshot, please be sure to show where it shows your name. You may also print out the email)
  4. After you have been confirmed you will be given a wristband. Please put this on.
  5. ※ To join the Shiryosei Expo you need to purchase a separate pamphlet.
    Please purchase this pamphlet for 500 yen (tax inc) at the ID check counter after disinfecting your hands, checking your temperature and having your ID confirmed.
    It would be very helpful if you can prepare the correct change in advance to help things go smoothly.
