Note on the Photo Session

Please wear a mask/face shield during the photo session.

Please bring your own mask. ※ Masks will be required at the entrance of the festival hall.
Face shield will be distributed at the photo booth, please put it on during the photo shoot.

In order to avoid tightness, please divide into two groups of 6 people each, and please take photos in 25 minutes at a time by changing locations.
All 12 people will have a view of the models.
The order of entry for each group will be decided by lot drawing at the reception desk on the day.

Due to the recent situation, we have consulted with the model and have decided to take all possible measures to prevent this kind of exposure.
We apologize for the inconvenience of wearing face shield and mask during the filming, but we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Registration on the Day

• Please come to the 13th floor of the Nakano Sun Plaza at least 15 minutes before the event starts.
• Follow the staff's instructions and have your temperature checked, disinfect your hands, and have your ticket message confirmed (by smartphone or printout).
• After having your temperature and ticket checked, and after disinfecting your hands you will be given a wristband. Please wear this.
• You will be guided to the photo booth after registration has closed and the order has been determined.

About Instant Pictures

• The last 10 minutes after both groups have finished will be for instant pictures.
• Instant pictures can only be taken once.
• If you would like an instant picture, please follow the directions of the staff.
• An instant picture is 1,000 yen. Please pay this to the staff.
• To make this go smoothly, please prepare the correct amount so that you do not need change.

Photography Method

This will be a group photo session.
Cameras are allowed to use single-lens reflex cameras, digital cameras and cell phones. We ask that you do not bring your own instant cameras.
Taking movies and continuous shooting is not allowed.
Instant pictures are 1,000 yen per person.

Photograph Environment

We have an assistant staff member and photography lights.
The background will be white.
Please do not hesitate to let our staff know if you are not feeling well or have any problems during the event.

Points to Keep in Mind When Shooting

Please refrain from asking models for their contact information, address, etc., and from scouting them.
Please refrain from doing, saying or acting in a manner that the model does not like, or giving posing instructions.
Please refrain from disturbing other customers.
Please take care of your personal belongings, such as valuables and photographic equipment. Please note that we cannot compensate for any accidents such as theft, loss or damage.
Our staff will be in charge of facilitating the photo session.
If we determine that you have violated the etiquette during this event, you may be asked to leave. (No refunds will be given). No one under the age of 18 is allowed to attend.
Also, to prepare for the 2020 Daimansai Festival, we will be taking everyone's temperature readings at the entrance of the Nakano Sunplaza venue as a corona measure.

Basically, those who participate in the festival are responsible for their own participation.

• All participants must wear a mask.
• All participants will be tested for temperature (a thermo camera or thermometer will be used to ensure a smooth entrance).
• Alcohol disinfectant solution will be available at the venue at all times. Please be sure to disinfect your hands before entering the venue.
• If you have a fever or cough, please do not force yourself to participate.
• Please observe the etiquette of coughing and sneezing by holding your mouth with a handkerchief. Those who cannot do so even if they are wearing a mask may be asked to leave.
  

About Gifts

If you wish to give a gift or letter to Hotaru Nogi, please place it in the box at the event space.
Food and fresh items are not allowed.
Handing items directly to Hotaru Nogi is strictly forbidden.
